Everything is fine other than maintenance taking forever to fix things

The office staff is helpful and polite. The maintenance staff is prompt, friendly and hardworking. I love the location; it's directly on two bus routes. The neighbors are quiet. You don't have to worry about your delivery packages being bothered.
