ART, head of maitenance deserves 10 *s. And, the maintenance staff is excellent. Jennifer and her staff are always ready and willing to answer all questions . They are friendly and professional. My sister and I have lived here 2 years, and we will sign our new lease. However, one thing needs to be considered. Speeding in front of building one is ongoing...30-40 miles per hour is not an exaggeration . A speed bump would slow them down.

I have lived here since May 2007 and continue to enjoy the experience. The staff has always been very responsive and courteous. Like everything else though, sadly, the prices never stop increasing.
