I have lived here the past year and just resigned to stay another year. It is an amazing community where everyone is nice and respectful to everyone. There is a great office staff that helps you when you immediately walk through the doors and the amenities are amazing!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE living here. When requested, maintenance comes within a day or 2 which is really great. The staff is outstanding and are always willing to help (and return communication within a few hours which is really awesome and hard to come by these days). The amenities are top-notch; you really get what you're paying for. Before our first lease was up, my husband and I looked around at different apartments, but we ultimately agreed that there's just no place like SOLA.

We moved into Sola in May of 2023 and we love it! Erin & Ashley in the office have been such big helps during our move and even after. We love the all around vibe and feel when we come home, Everyone is so nice and friendly. The amenities are always ready to go and all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. We really enjoy living here and will definitely be signing a another lease!

We have lived at Sola for 8 months. On the most part it has been a great experience. Here are 5 positive things: 1. Fantastic pool, 2. Pretty Pond, 3. Plenty of Parking, 4. Nice staff 5. Spacious clubhouse. I’ll list just three negatives. 1. The coffee machine at the club house is often not working and is not kept stocked with creamer. 2. The dog parks are spacious but not well maintained. 3. Most of the community activities take place weekdays way too early in the day, so thatmost residents that work can’t attend. I wish they would alternate to offer evening activities. I do feel that there is room for improvement, but over all Sola is a nice, quiet, clean, non smoking place to live.
