THE PLACE IS GREAT, ADMINISTRATION NOT TO GOOD.

I LIVED FOR 3 YEAR IN THE BUILDING IS OK, LOCATION IS GREAT. MY APARTMENT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. EVERY TIME I ASK FOR A REPAIR IS TAKEN CARE VERY FAST. PERSONAL AT ADMINISTRATION IS VERY NICE. THE NEW ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT LOOK AFTER COMMUNITY AREAS, AS GARBAGE ROOM, GARBAGE CAN IN THE HALL (OUT SIDE APARTMENTS) EVERY DAY AT AL TIMES. ALSO BEFORE THEY WASH THE CARPETS NOW IS NOT AS CLEAN. THEY ARE PUTTING EXTRA CHARGES IN FINAL ACCOUNT.

We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Ravella at Town Center. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $350 per pet, 2 pets maximum. Pet rent is $20/month per pet. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal.  Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf-Hybrids. If you have pets, contact our leasing office for more details.
