A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Property and Apartment Assessment

Very thin walls. Can hear everything for the price, the wall should be soundproof. The dishwasher has never worked properly, not even since day.One. And maintenance has never fixed it properly.Either. the view is amazing, love. The apartment actually, but there are a few things that I think definitely need to be improved. The location is good as well. I love being able to get to everything and to the university. But for the cost of these apartments, the quality is lacking.
