I have lived at Ocean Blue for 3 years, and renewed my lease again, the property is well maintained, the leasing staff and manager are receptive and always helpful, and the apartment and grounds are beautiful -it is a great place to live!

Inadequate bicycle parking, not the greatest location (far from everything), old smelly dishwasher, small kitchen, shower head is not versatile. Huge improvement would be easily accessible and secure covered bicycle storage/racks, new dishwasher, better shower head Apartment is spacious and has good amount of storage. Trash valet is nice. Maintenance is timely. Grounds are nice.

I have been living here for about 2 months and very pleased with this community. The apartments are modern and spacious with very nice appliances. I do not hear any noise from other apartments. Management is pleasant and responsive to requests, There are nice community events. i would recommend this community.
