it is fine. once you leave Mount Carmel Terrace it is below average neighborhood. A vending machine would be nice. Profits could be split three ways. TO THE OWNER, TO MANAGEMENT FOR BONUSES AND TO THE RESAIDENTS FOR ACTIVITES

Not the Hilton. Seniors deserve better.

Frequent fire alarms with many wheelchair tenants unable to exit building. Only two elevators and two stairwells for 200 senior apartments. No intercom to alert tenants of “all clears”. Many times left with one inoperable elevator which usually takes a week to three month period for repair. Many plumbing problems resulting in apartment leaks and water pouring into apartments damaging furnishings. Only two maintenance and one janitor staff….obviously need more and results in repairs and unclean floors, public restrooms, etc. Frequent front desk turnover. Tenants complaining of MIA deliveres.
