not happy with raised rent

I can't understand why you would raise rent when the tenant has only been there one year. Would you not want to retain your tenants? Is it not your goal to have full occupancy of your apartment complex? I do understand the inflation and the economy but something tells me that is not your companies goal. Kat

Pretty Happy

I have been living here for just over a year, and honestly, I don't really have any complaints. The staff are always super nice, especially Cassie, anytime I have any concerns they are always there to address it. Can't complaint about parking that is definitely something this place doesn't lack. The pools are a little too small and not the most inviting, but there are 2 of them so thats a plus. The apartments itself, they are pretty nice, especially for older apartments, outdated and well kept. Since the apartments are older some of the amenities are too, but again, anytime i have any issues, they are pretty quick to send someone in to either fix it or straight up just replace it. Lots of trash space on the dumpster, so its not overflowing and stinking up the whole place. And its mostly quiet, neighbors are quiet. Only issue with the noise is that we are close to a pretty busy road, and these windows are very thin so although i covered mine with every noise cancelling thing i could find, still sounds like the cars are driving in my apartment. Other than that, again, totally recommend, great price, so far a great experience overall.
