My family and I have been residing in this apartment for eight years. Considering the rent and additional fees we pay, one would expect that, given the numerous times I have reported issues or the number of work orders submitted regarding the deteriorating condition of the apartment, these issues would be addressed properly to prevent recurrent problems. The entire apartment requires remodeling, and the presence of pests is particularly severe. I have arranged for pest control services to visit every Friday; however, the current company appears to be inadvertently exacerbating the pest problem. Overall, the apartment is in need of extensive renovation. The staff, on the other hand, are consistently courteous and friendly. I do not fault them, as they are only performing their duties within the limits set by the company. It is imperative that the owners and corporate management listen to both the staff and the tenants and take proactive measures to resolve these persistent issues.

This is a beautiful, well taken care of community. The apartment is gorgeous and spacious. Office and maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly.
