Great neighbors, quite, great staff and friendly. If i were to choose a place to live this would be my first place to live.

The maintenance team needs to let us know beforehand when they are showing up, actually show up on the time they say they are showing, and fix the appliances in the apartment the first time. Not saying they will do it and not get it done, and then look at me like I am wasting their time when all I want is my air conditioner to work without leaking all over the floor, and a fridge that doesn't leak water all over my food.

I like Wood Hollow Apts. Go easy with changes. I have not met the new staff, but I will. Do not want major changes quickly like you seem to want to introduce. Good place with good people.
