Pets allowed. Exchange at Cedar Creek is a Pet Friendly community. We feature a Bark Park and special gifts just for your pet when you move in! We allow almost all sizes and shapes of dogs and cats, with a limit of two animals per apartment. Dogs can be as large as 100 lbs. We require a $350 non-refundable pet fee at move-in for your first pet and $150 for the second along with pet rent of $25/month for each pet. We do have restrictions for aggressive breeds, so please check with your leasing associate when trying to determine if we can accept your pet.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.
