Love living here

-Been living here for six years and I still love living here. -It's a great community and the office, maintenance and grounds staff are all friendly and professional. -I don't use the amenities that they offer so I'm unable to comment on them. -They provide community activities, contest's and gatherings. -The community is quiet and is kept clean. -Sadly though, It seems they are turning it into a non-gated community, so please don't let the gate at the entrance fool you. If living in a gated community is something you're looking for or like to have, I don't think it will happen here. -According to the office on May 2, 2025 the gate is too costly to maintain. If this changes I will update my review. -They just put up new roofing, gutters and painted the buildings. I would have much rather kept the use of the gate instead of a different color for the buildings. But tenants are never asked. -Now all that is completed hopefully they will open up the parking lot that has been blocked for the past 6+ months with all the supplies. -They will raise the rent and the required monthly additions (garbage valet, pest control, etc.) each time you renew your lease. For example my rent has gone up $380.00 a MONTH / $4,560.00 a YEAR over the past 5 years and that is not including the above required additional monthly charges. Even with rent increases there have been no amenity updates made to the apartments. So no smart locks, no smart thermostats, no upgraded appliances, etc. Actually thinking about it the higher rent has given us no upgrades, but an actual downgrade to their offerings by removing the gated access. -I still highly recommend the community though.
