Very nice building

We have lived here for less than one year. The building staff are very good. Everything is well maintained and kept clean. For the most part, its a quiet and safe location. The building is located near a very busy area including a shopping mall. The windows and doors do nothing to block noise; they're old and were cheap when first installed. If not grandfathered, they wouldn't meet current wind load codes either. The worst exposures are the north and west as far as noise. If we choose to relocate, the noise factor will be a big part of our decision.

I've lived at 5Thousand Town since 2019, have met several staff come and go, but to say all was a pleasure to meet. The two maintenance men are a pleasure to talk too when they have come by for any needed repairs. Nice to have contact with pleasant manner people.

The 5000 is a beautiful rental property and I have enjoyed living her for the last 6 months. The parking can be an issue but not a big problem. So close to many shops and restaurants. convenient acess to JTB and 295. The staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved almost immediately. strongly recommend to friends.

Spectacular Property

When relocating to Jacksonville, Florida for work, we knew nothing about the city, or even where to begin looking to live. Wasn’t until I our third and final day, that we decided to visit 5K Town; and boy, are we glad we did. After touring over 20+ Properties, and driving by at least w20 more, there was a little left to question once we met Steve and the wonderful staff at 5K Town, that we knew where we would be calling ‘home’. Not only is the team friendly and responsive, they are professional and welcoming. Capo, does this with the location, variety of layouts, amenities, and construction of the facility, and you’ve got a one-of-a-kind property!
