This rental community prioritizes fines over resident safety. Issue parking fines on their own territory instead of fixing the gate and the parking lot lights which were off for a week.Multiple apartments suffer from mold issues, only one maintenance person for 500 units, and mold is superficially sprayed over rather than properly addressed. Safety and maintenance are severely neglected here. The manager Natashia and her assistant Jaycee are lacking empathy and knowledge respectivly.
