I have lived here for almost 2 months. I love the amenities (both pools, on-site gym, stainless steel appliances, hard floors, big windows). Parking is a slight issue, but nothing major. I do wish a garage near my unit were available to relieve some of the parking difficulties. The community is nice, quiet, and relaxing. It is a bit far from the heart of Gainesville (UF campus, downtown, Butler Plaza, etc.), but there are smaller areas nearby that are nice.

Huntington lakes overall has good apartments. Areas is good, maintenance is quick and amenities are good.
