Nice location a d facility especially with the Marina attached to the complex . Don't like the new parking situation with booting the vehicles.

Good Location, Fast Maintenance, Minimal Parking.. Main office hours are not good for 9-5 working schedule and most updates and needs are needed and requested during those times. Overall great place and safe

We have lived in Port Royale apartments for 10 years and still love it.

For years we have been contacting management regarding the parking issues we as tenants are experiencing. We are overrun by Emera tenants stealing parking in our lots taking spaces from rent paying tenants at Port Royale. Management says they are going to ticket and tow but there has never been any follow through on that. Another problem we have is with Emera tenants bringing their dogs onto Port Royale property and using it as their private litter box and not picking up after their pets. This is absolutely disgusting. Why is nothing being done to resolve these issues? It truly gives the impression that management doesn't care about the issue raised by tenants. It appears as though they only care about the rent getting paid.
