Management does nothing to resolve issues

For years we have been contacting management regarding the parking issues we as tenants are experiencing. We are overrun by Emera tenants stealing parking in our lots taking spaces from rent paying tenants at Port Royale. Management says they are going to ticket and tow but there has never been any follow through on that. Another problem we have is with Emera tenants bringing their dogs onto Port Royale property and using it as their private litter box and not picking up after their pets. This is absolutely disgusting. Why is nothing being done to resolve these issues? It truly gives the impression that management doesn't care about the issue raised by tenants. It appears as though they only care about the rent getting paid.

A nice place..but

Lived here coming up on 3 years. Will be moving at end of the year when lease is over.The noise level, amount of garbage on the property(beer bottles, garbage, dog poop) is saddening. Seems like some new people they are renting to do not care enough to deposit garbage in proper places. Constant fire alarms being tripped at all hours (5 in past year) disturbs the peace of an otherwise beautiful property on the intercoastal.
