Port Royale rentals

I have lived at Port Royale since 2014 and find it not only an amazing property, but staffed by the finest maintenance/groundskeepers/on-site management that I’ve ever experienced. I happen to live in an apartment directly overlooking the intracoastal waterway and that alone is $1 million view. We also have the option to pay additional for covered parking, and that’s a big plus. The pools and the workout center are kept immaculately clean and in this day and age of Covid, that’s much appreciated. The boat marina is a joy even though we don’t have a boat, but it’s a beautiful place just a look at, and it too is maintained very well. Thanks for a job well done.

Grounds keeper hasn't been blowing dirt and debris from entryway Building and street lights are out and haven't been replaced. Day burning building and street lights haven't been fixed Building and street lights haven't been adjusted since day light savings ended
