I’ve been living here for nine months and really love my apartment and the surrounding community. I feel very safe in the neighborhood and would like to stay long-term. That said, my apartment and the club building could benefit from some energy-efficiency upgrades. Even with thick blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom, noticeable heat remains near the windows. Because these windows face the afternoon sun, this suggests the windows and exterior walls may not be well insulated, which can drive up cooling costs. The toilet is also very old and appears to use a lot of water. Improving insulation and window efficiency, and replacing the toilet with a water-saving model, would make the apartment more comfortable and affordable and could help encourage residents to stay long-term.

My fiance and I are starting our second year in our apartment, we have loved living here for the most part. Staff is always super nice and helpful, but there are a few things that I have had to have maintence come in to fix such as, my hvac not working the best (have had to clean them out 3 times in the time we have been here) which I was told is not a me problem but that my building has sucky pipes. They had to come out to spray for pests recently Have had to come reset my thermostat because it has tripped multiple times. Have had outlets replaced because it started smoking We were going to move into a different apartment this year when we finished out our lease due to above issues and because we arent fans of carpet (not the easiest flooring to clean up) but we were told that we would have to re apply as if it was our first time and that we would have to do everything in that process again. We were also told if we did want to move then we could only pick from a 1bed or a 3 bed..

Beautiful property. However the appliances are too small and not quality for what the rent payment is. Things always needing repairs.

Great clean, quiet place to live! Maintenance is quick and effectuve and the grounds are kept clean and tidy.
