Surprisingly warm.

Space takes a bit of time to get used to. Very nice morning pinks and evening blues. Wildlife abounds here. Nature nurtures. Great for star gazing. Solid construction, unlike newer builds. Best feature, quick access to Blackcreek Trail. Namaste!

Upkeep

When I first moved here, it was beautiful. The landscape stayed clean, hallways always looked nice and maintenance replied quickly. Now, 9 years later, they refuse to replace my moldy carpet and it's molded because the water tank burst in my apartment. They haven't replaced one appliance. Meanwhile, my rent has doubled and everything has gone down hill. They don't spray for pesticides it seems like anymore either. They do not maintain these apartments. I do not recommend.
