The level of care for the property has definitely gone down. Been here for nearly seven years and the paint job they do has gotten shabby. The apts on my floor have changed tenants numerous times and have to be repainted. Would have liked a refresh. The bathtubs are coated with a finish that peels off and the original enamel shows through. Unhygienic and rough.

Very unhappy with initial maintenance with regards to the outside sliders not licking and internal doors not latching and licking.
