debido al tiempo que los inquilinos sacan y dejan la basura varias dias y horas afuera, los pasillos y escaleras no se mantienen limpios, haria falta mas disiplina con el tema de la basura y mas limpieza a esas areas, por lo demas es un excelente condominio y el personal es excelente.

10X Delray

Im approaching 6 years living in 10 X living of Delray.The most I like about the community is that it’s convenient to downtown Delray and close to highway 95 and the turnpike. Yes I would recommend living here because its dog friendly and most people loves dogs , also most people are friendly.

Living experience at 10x living at Delray

Living here for 4 years soon 5 years . Main reason I stayed is because of work location. Not happy with rent jumping $200-300 every year. Maintenance is not always 100% done . Been complaining of darkness on the street around the complex and inside the circle very dark. Always have noisy neighbors above my apartment. Finally the gates are working after 4 years . Trash service is unreliable. Hope this helps for your further residence .

Wonderful pool and complex . Love walking around lake with my dog and have made best friends lviing here . Really cute apartments !
