It's quiet, and that's why I live here.

I have conditions that make me adverse to sound, but this location has not been a problem with noise. The parking situation in the villas are a bit sparce but if it's just me, as it is for now, the assigned parking situation works. The people here are mostly friendly, and I like living close to everything yet far enough away from all the noise of the city.

The only problem with this place Is your letting to many dogs In here with all the mess there making and the barking plus there's not enough parking for the residents other then that I've been happy living here.

I love this place!

My 1-bedroom Villa Apt. is spacious and cozy at the same time. The green spaces provide a natural habitat for many critters. It's very serene and peaceful sitting on the patio watching squirrels, birds, lizards and tiny tree frogs after a long day at work. And in the wee hours, I've watched possum, raccoons and a baby armadillo pass thru the backyard. I love the library in the main building and have met so many nice neighbors in this gated community. I feel blessed to be here.
