Wonderful Apartment

This apartment is one of the nicest places I have rented. The office staff are all extremely organized, professional, and kind. The grounds are kept clean and manicured and there is a police officer on site, making it feel safe to go on walks at night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality place to rent. Amber at the front office always goes out of her way to make sure that all of our needs are met with a smile on her face. Very happy to be here!

Pet Policy

At Gables, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Not only is our community pet-centric, but we’ve developed Gables Paws to Care™ program to celebrate your pet while also giving back to the pet community! Come visit us at the leasing office for special treats for your furry friend to learn more about our great program. The Napier welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet- with a maximum of two- there is a $300 pet fee and a $20 monthly pet rent. For each dog, there is an additional one-time $45 doggie DNA charge. We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!
