Good location

The office staff was great and communicated well when i was moving in. I am really happy with the location of my unit. Some other residents complain about the nouse, but i am thankful because I feel my unit is in a good location. My neighbors are quiet and I feel lucky in that respect. I feel like my unit is a good size. The maintenance staff is very friendly and try to help ehen they can. Even though renting is so expensive and it is everywhere, the units are cheap and outdated. Hi had to have some drywall work done (outside water damage), and it’s the worst drywall work I have seen. I get it, the idea is to make money and things would have to be falling apart before it is replaced. The grounds are nice and so are the pools. I like the apartment, it is just a shame that other residents leave trash around and by the compactor to have the poor workers to clean it up.
