Living in the Lofts has been okay. I enjoy the balcony view, neighbors are nice and quiet, and overall I feel safe; which was most important as a single women. I feel, however, like the rent is high; considering my apartment is aging and there hasn't been any improvements made since I moved in. Four years and never had the balcony power washed, carpets cleaned, nor the chalking, door seals, and any other routine or preventative maintenence stuff done (things I may not thing to put in for repair). The elevator seems to brake every other month, and I have been afraid to use the pools the past two summers because of the mold issues that were mentioned on the Cagan Facebook page. Communication could be better regarding community stuff. The grounds and parking lot are kept nicely over all. As a teacher, I hope I can continue to rent here. The things I mentioned are minor compared to my level of comfort, however, I can barely afford it now, and was not prepared for yearly increases with nothing to show for the increases. I was also not happy about the mandatory trash fee, as that added additonal $ to my already high rent.

Maintenance issues are handled, communication is clear, and the property has supported long-term business growth rather than constant turnover. That stability has allowed us to build a strong presence in the Clermont / Four Corners community and serve generations of clients from this location. What stands out most is that this is a landlord group that understands business tenants. They value relationships, not just rent checks. After 15 years operating here, I can confidently say this has been a strong foundation for our barbershop and our brand. I absolutely cherish this community, and the loft apartments are not only stunning but also inviting and comfortable. This place genuinely feels like home, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
