I have been living at The Oaks On The Lake since July 2022 (1 year) and it never stops to amaze me how comforting and welcoming the residents, staff and maintenance treat all tenants. From organizing and communicating clubhouse activities, to following up in a prompt and efficient manner to all requests, the Oaks On The Lake staff are always ready and deliver. I am impressed with the level of service and attention to detail in this rental community. As I said, the staff is friendly and always willing to help, and the amenities are top-notch. This place overall has exceeded my expectations. They also take safety and security very seriously and it shows with there very accommodating and specific guidelines towards parking permits and gate access. If you are looking for a great, welcoming and reasonable rental community, look no further, no need to hire a real estate agent, browse local listings, drive through neighborhoods, search on social media or Craigslist anymore. The decision is a no-brainer, I have already done all the legwork for you and have been in two other rental communities for a total of six years and there is no comparison. That's why I highly recommend the Oaks On The Lake rental community for its superb amenities, friendly staff (very important), and overall welcoming atmosphere. It's literally the perfect place to call home in Central Florida. I feel very lucky to have found this rental community where everything is just minutes away and in comfortable walking distance.

Resident review
I have enjoyed my stay for the last year. I like the location at the latter end of Clermont and Lake County. The staff has been very professional and courteous. Maintenance responded promptly and effectively to my needs. The valet/trash service and staff provided good service and courtesy. For the most part, noise has only been an occasional problem with upstairs neighbors, otherwise the other residents have been friendly and willing to have polite conversation. I'm going to miss my balcony and the lake birds. My reason for moving is that I am purchasing a home, otherwise I would have extended my lease. Best wishes to the Oaks on the Lake residents and staff!
