I have lived here for one year and the staff is always friendly and kind. The maintenance people are also very nice and always smile. The places themselves are wonderful with great kitchens and updated appliances. I don't get a lot of noise at all and I feel that I really cant hear my neighbors whom I share walls with, which is great.

I've lived at the district for over a year and have had a pretty great experience so far. My apartment is nice, clean, and modern. My room and bathroom are spacious. The pool is very nice, although sometimes it is closed for maintenance. I use the gym, and it is enough for the basics but I do wish we had more space/better equipment in there. They do struggle with the gates, but it hasn't affected me too badly. Overall, I've had a good experience. The location is prime for walking to target!
