A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $500 for two petsĀ is required.Ā There is no weight limit for pets. Exotic pets are allowed. Breed Restrictions Apply. Permitted Exotic Animals: Hamsters, Birds, Fish, Turtles, Rabbits, Reptile.Ā Pet Policy Fees apply for all pets, except fish. Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons.Ā The following breeds are restricted from Madison Communities: ā¢ Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers ā¢ Rottweilers ā¢ Doberman Pinschers ā¢ Chows ā¢ Presa Canarios ā¢ Akitas ā¢ Alaskan Malamutes ā¢ Wolf-Hybrids Ā PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS and renewed annually for residents. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of applicants and our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a no animal household, an animal household, or request accommodation for assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact our leasing team.
