20 year resident/quiet, safe with good neighbors
I have lived her 20+ years and am quite content as a Springs Colony tenant. A good mix of cultures and socio-economic groups. Everyone respects their neighbors peaceful enjoyment of their home. Walls are quite sound-proof and the insulation keeps my 1st floor apartment quite comfortable with a reasonable electric bill. (Never over $120/mo) I keep my home at 73F year-round an my Duke Energy bill is as low as $40 in the winter. Twice I had an ant issue that was quickly resolved. None since the new manager took over. Very rare rodent situation (usually when someone moves in/out) Also quickly resolved. Love it here!

There are a lot of things near by, including a mall, and the property is nicer than some of the others near by. Good for families or couples.
