Review

The complex was not top tier, but better than most. They do not offer a grace period when it comes to paying your rent. The 2nd day of the month you get hit with a $75 late fee then $10 per day after. The late fee starts immediately after the 1st. Regardless of any unfortunate circumstances theres no way around it. The office staff is always changing every few months, that’s another downside.

better appliances are needed every year when it goes up at the renewing lease all apartment should have stainless steel appliances. There is no room for children to play no parks the neighborhood cater to animals more than kids.

What’s Not to Love

Going in my second month here at Tiffany Oaks. The leasing reps, Charisma and Shaunte’ could not have been nicer, caring and sincere in taking care of me thru the leasing process and especially aftef the move in and present time always available to answer questions, offering guidance. The apartment looks like new and the amenities are deluxe, well maintained beatifully. Its a great place to live!
