Great Place to Live

I've enhoyed my 3 years at 2nd and Loma. One of the best apartments I've lived at. Great staff, high-ceilinged lofts with a lot of space. Only reason I'm leaving is because I'm changing states, but if I was staying in DE, I'd stay right here!

Affordable Historic Community

I lived at the Lofts at 2nd and LOMA for 1.5 years. I think the apartment provided great value considering the rent was relatively inexpensive compared to the area and I was satisfied with my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is in downtown Wilmington, but on the side near the Riverwalk, which allows easy access to green space. The Lofts at 2nd and LOMA have a happy hour every few months and hallway bulletin boards, which creates a sense of community among residents. The common areas display historical images and reclaimed materials, which provides a historic feel.

Home Sweet Home

Living here for 15+ years has been an awesome location and lovely safe place to reside. The continued growth of the Wilmington DE downtown enhances the quality of living in the City of Wilminton.

We love 2nd and Loma

We're going on 2 years of living at 2nd and LOMA and it has been by far our best rental experience. We rarely need maintenance and when we do, the team is always so responsive and friendly. Each apartment is unique, and the location is hard to beat. Its about a 5 min walk to the riverfront or Market Street Restaurants depending on which direction you take. Both walks are very safe. I usually have a pretty easy time finding parking so long as its not too late at night.
