I am not very happy

It’s a nice place just not worth all the money considering everything is cheap quality and falls apart fast I have only been there for 4 months I have one child and 5 things or more have fell apart or broken off.

Great if you don’t have children

This is a great location if you don’t have children. There aren’t any play areas near by, and the neighbors complain if the children play outside of their small allotted yard space. There also aren’t any street signs around, so everyone drives extremely fast down Dodson. The construction right across the street hasn’t been too bad, but the children are often awakened by the noise. Overall, this is not a bad place to live.

Honest Feed Back

I will start with this, I have NEVER experience such a smooth transition from one place to another in my entire time here in Delaware. The property manager and staff Roberta and Ashley have both been Super helpful during difficult time in our world. They made it easy to communicate and when either myself or any of my family had questions they immediately responded to our thoughts and or concerns. There were even times when the representative Ashley was on vacation and still took the time out of her time off to call us to see if we had any questions. This experience has been nothing less than AMAZING! I honestly would recommend Reybold to all of my friends and family who are looking for a place to call home and friendly staff. thank you guys for all you do!

New Tenants

Everything has been great so far, however there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. We put in a work order for someone to come out to fix the ceiling light in our closet and no one came out. The water and the powder room takes a long time to get hot and the floors are too squeaky. Every time either one of us is sleeping and we walk across the floor it disturbs the other person sleep. I hoping that someone would come out to fix the issue.
