Lived in this complex for going on two decades. The owners really care, and it shows! If you have an issue maintenance comes IMMEDIATLY and fixes the problem. Office staff is friendly (almost family like) and eager to help you with whatever needs you may have.

It doesnt matter where you live, you will encounter the occasional disruption or disturbance. What is important is how the staff/ management handles those issues. The staff here at Spring Crossings are responsive, engaging and overall, just great people to work with. Any issue or problem, and there have not been many, that I have encountered, has been met with accountability and resolution. If you choose to live in this community, you will be proud of that decision.

Maintenance has improved tremendously with new owners. No creepy crawlers. Great location. One mile from 95, 10 minutes to Delaware Bridge, and 3 miles from the University of Delaware. Shopping center directly in front of the complex with the best Shop-Rite in the area. I have lived here for 5 years and so far so good.
