The rental cost is too high compared to the facilities provided. Because of the locaiton, students are living here.

It's close to the UD campus - that is the prime reason for living there. No laundry in apartment, no dishwasher and the office staff is not the most responsive. Also, they tend to ignore the 48 hour rule a great deal.

Very hectic pest control spraying poison every other month old outdated structure and foundation thin old decaying walls overpriced rent disrespectful tenants etc.
