It's close to the UD campus - that is the prime reason for living there. No laundry in apartment, no dishwasher and the office staff is not the most responsive. Also, they tend to ignore the 48 hour rule a great deal.

Very hectic pest control spraying poison every other month old outdated structure and foundation thin old decaying walls overpriced rent disrespectful tenants etc.

I have lived in the property for a little over a year now. When I renewed my apartment lease, there wasn't consistent information provided by the staff about the change in rent, I felt residents could have been treated much better and staff could have been trained well on how to please the tenants and make them stay there for extended periods.
