Great location, Good Amenities, Decent Systems

Unbelievable location overlooking Nats Park, walkable restaraumts and shopping, Audi Field, Wharf, and Captol Hill. Stadiul lounge and pool deck excellent, gym really nice but feels small and crowded, could reclaim less-used studio or outdoor space, needs more machines. Increasing number of elevator and HVAC issues, pretty quickly reolved but still disruptive. Street drummers during game days and concerts are super annoying, really detract from balcony value, Bullpen and stadium noise as expected. Change address to Van Street to eliminate location confusion, no entranve on Half Street!

Enjoyable place to live!

The staff here is ALWAYS positive and great to work with. They continually meet and exceed my expectations. Maintenance is always friendly and efficient. Noise in this area will be tough to overcome especially on lower levels. Location is ideal to metro, great restaurants and activities to stay engaged with.... I enjoy living here and look forward to renewing my lease...

Eh, nice place w/THC air freshener, okay amenities

Fabulous location, good security, and beautiful apartments. The building reeks of marijuana. I have no issues with people doing it, but the unwavering smell is stifling. It seeps under the doors from the hallway. If you enjoy marijuana smoke air freshener this building is a great fit for you. Rented my place sight unseen a one bedroom with den. When I got the keys they said we have no units with a den, that refers to the "bump out in the bedroom" we can cancel your lease and you can move elsewhere. I had just moved across the country so I was stuck. Take it a step further - leasing office asked that I add my disabled son to the lease since he's over often. Love the security, but it is super creepy they track guests and don't like the implications that if a partner overnights a few nights a week that I'd have to add them to my lease. Super invasive. I've lived in many other high rises and they are much better at maintaining smells, privacy, and would never refer to a bump out in the master bedroom as a den!
