I love the character of my apartment and the location!!! Parking is a little rough and they won’t cut the old bikes off the railings or do anything about the birds that always poop on your car. Maintenance is quick and great and the staff is pretty ok sometimes can be rude! There’s not really any amenities. Overall love the place!

Moved to Warder in 2018. It's a beautiful old building. The apartment has a great layout and new appliances. Location can't be beaten - its within walking distance of plenty of public transportation, restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores, and retail. Maintenance are friendly and usually available in emergencies. However, property management are among the least professional and least helpful I've ever encountered.

I've been at the Warder for only 2 months, but every interaction with staff and residents here has been great. My A/C went out and within an hour of placing a maintenance request, the technician showed up, identified the problem, fixed it, and proactively identified another maintenance tasks to take care of while he was here (changed some air filters). The unit is a great size for the price, with nice appliances, floors, and fixtures. Love the location, close to Malcolm X park and bus stops less than a bus away for easy access to downtown or Silver Spring. Can't recommend enough!

The staff is truly excellent and highly responsive. Maintenance is prompt when requested, and common spaces are kept clean.

The building is in a fantastic location and apartments are nice - great windows, natural light, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Staff - including maintenance - are frequently unreachable and unhelpful.
