I’ve lived here for about three years, and the building managers (Julie and David) and onsite superintendent (Raul) are truly a 5-star team. They address problems promptly and thoroughly, and you can tell they care about this building and tenants like me who call it home. Rent could be lower, but the quality and warmth of the staff and the location help make up for the cost. Surrounding area can be nosy at times, but hey, it’s a city! ??

I’ve lived at Wakefield for about 3 months now and it has been nothing short of fantastic. The apartments are so roomy and have lots of windows for great natural light. I also love the vintage feel of the building, and you can’t beat the location, especially for the price. I highly recommend

I've recently moved into this building and it is immaculate. For being 100 years old, it's so well kept and clean it's almost hard to believe. My apartment has plenty of space, and I love the location next to 14th Street and Meridian Hill Park. Julie, David, and Raul are fantastic--easy to work with and they clearly care about what they do. You're hard pressed to find an available apartment here, but you should certainly grab one if you can!
