its cool living at theory but there are some adjustments to be made. residents should be allowed to rent the pool out as an amenity. could be a cool revenue stream. also the dogs pissing and pooping all in the front is wild lowkey. yall should just coordinate with the neighboring properties to go in on fencing a designated dog area so that yall can grow some grass and keep the vibes high

Here feels like home! From the moment I meet the leasing manager Ms. Kyda she welcomed me on the tour with such an ethusiastic attitude she showed me around the beatitiful building and answered any questions I had without appearing frustrated. This is the only time apartment shoping felt less stressful. I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Kyda you were great and Thank you… This neighborhood is so covenant especially for those without a car, the area is walking distance from Metro grocery store many restaurants and cute shops. My neighbors and community is friendly and sociable my favorite area is a pathways where my and others can allow there fur babies to excercise and socialize its so cute to watch my pup connect with other pups! The building adminities all are in new condition full gym dog spa bike storage room, business center, and roof top pool all for a price thats fair and affordable! Overall Theory recives a 5 I wish I could rate higher! If I had any complaints at all it would be to the conciarage only because at times the energy seems unwelcoming as if I dont belong here. They are helpful but after I go through a long interrogation of what I need. I caught the weekend staff sleeping at the dest at 5pm. But whe he was awake he was helpful. The jey fobs are sensitive as well causing be at times to leave my unit the unlocked if I have to run an errand after normal business hours. But its a simple process when the leasing office is open to reprogram the fobs. Also responding to emils could be a bit timely however my concerns is resolved behind the scenes. Even with those small issues Theory is still the place to be the building is safe and nobody enters my unit unauthorized. Its a plus that everthing is simple to set up in your unit like pepco, cable providers mail transfer and a loading dock with a fright elevator to make your move less stressful. Im a proud resident at Theory! I plan to be here for a long while. Enjoy!!!??????
