The Wren

I have lived here for over a year. I love the building and all of the amenities that come with the building. What I don't like is that the fees for some of the amenities have tripled in cost. I park in the building.

The Wren

I have lived at The Wren for two years beautiful building, location and amenities. Location near Metro and Whole Foods in building cannot be topped. Management has always been very responsive to any problem. Only negative is ability to control people coming into our building-. hard to enjoy the pool when people have brought all their friends into party. Also due to people bringing in large amounts of people in the building there have been safety and security issues. This issues have been addressed but need to controlled better. The building is gorgeous and should not be treated like a college dormitory.

Maximum of two pets allowed. There is a non-refundable $750 up front pet fee for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent is $60 per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Documentation and photo required. Restricted breeds include the following: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Catahoulas, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids or any hybrid of these breeds.   Exotic animals also prohibited. Breed documentation and photo required.
