I moved here in 2012. We have had at least 3 different management firms. There have been hits and misses over the years. However this last firm fets all stars. The staff is exceptional. The building is kept clean, no issues with pest because when we did have issues they responded immediately to get everything under control. My only gripe truly is with tenants who dont pick up after themselves; who leave trash on the trashroom floor instead of down the chute! We have to help management!! Eric and staff, and carlos and his crew are all exceptional in my view!!

this is an older building and the staff does a wonderful job keeping it all together. Sometimes the tenants could do more understanding that this building is home to many people and respect in keeping the place clean is on them as well as staff. building is solidly built and very quiet.

The experience has been good. Improvements have been made to the facility appearance. Some residents need to be aware of trash deposal and time for noise management with children screaming an playing in the hallways
