The construction and street noise are the only downsides. Location is excellent and staff are great at meeting all requests.

Living here has been very nice, however the utilities are very high, sometimes 400 a month for a 2 bed room! The front desk is very nice however not 24/7, and parking is 200 a month. All 2 bedrooms are one bed and a den which is unfortunate. overall not a bad place but expensive when utilities are included.

overall a pretty decent place to call home

The maintenance and concierge are wonderful. I haven't had much experience with the property managers so I'm neutral there. A few things that would make this the ideal property: 24/7 front desk staff, the ability to buzz people in directly from your phone, sound dampening applied to all the doors on the property, a free coffee bar in the lounge or lobby, and the ability to put in amenities requests (yoga bolster pillows and stretching rope added to the on-site gym etc.). These aside, The Edison is a great place to live. PSA: 102, 202, 302, 402, 502, and 602 do not have floor to ceiling windows nor a built-in kitchen island.
