The carpet is very bad and needs to be changed to a better quality one. We need stricter rules about smoking on the stairs and hallways, and about people leaving trash on the hallways

Management does not care about addressing the issues with this building. There is a laundry list of problems such as a lack of available parking, despite being one of the main selling points of the complex, there are constant pest problems that could be managed with proper pest control however they have been incredibly slow with getting the units in the building checked, and lastly they dont adequately clean and maintain their laundry machines, leading to unhygenic conditions. The rent is far too high for these issues to be ignored. The only redeeming quality of this building the close proximity to American University. Even with that being said, the area is not as accesible by public tranist as other neighborhoods in DC with units at slightly more afforble prices, further making the price of rent at the is complex unacceptable. None of the problems with the building are unfixable, they just require more investment from management and to listen to the input from tenants.
