The building its self is pretty good. Maintenance seems to be short staffed or spread to thin as all maintenance request take a long time to resolve and without constant reminders often forgotten about. The upkeep of the building os ok some areas are lacking but nothing too major. The staff here is hit or miss. You have some who are true customer service professionals and make the negatives about the property not seem so bad. The residence are pretty much the same depending who you talk to determines the interaction. Overall this property is worth it.

I have lived in this building for four going on five years. We have had several staff changes some for the better and some that have made it worse. Overall the management team do a pretty good job. Processing paperwork and making updates to your information takes forever in some instances. Maintenance is mid at best i still have outstanding maintenance requests from when i moved in so that should paint the picture for you. If it isnt leaking they kinda put it on the back burner….. and forget its there. The building itself is very nice the cleaning staff keeps this place in tip top shape. As far as the other residents its a mixed bag, but you get that anywhere you go, but most are pleasant. Overall I would recommend it, but I would let folks know to be prepared.

I feel there should at least be one space available for visitor parking. Amenities - we need to have usage of the all purpose room.
