Enjoyed staying here just don't enjoy the major increase in rent.

One let down is the sharing of the pool with the hotel/church hill suites. The residents pay a premium to live here but I cannot enjoy the pool when there's 20 screaming kids splashing water in my face. It would be nice if we could set up "resident-only" hours at least---maybe 10am-12pm and 5pm-8pm daily.

Nothing to complain about Revel, it’s amenities or services. I feel home all the time. Maintenance is responsive, the staff is nice and professional. I feel they care about the residents an are always trying to find ways to improve residents’s living.

As someone who just moved to DC from the West Coast, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to land. Moving to a new city can be overwhelming, but this apartment complex has made the transition incredibly smooth - the staff and front desk are responsive and every issue, including maintenance requests, have been addressed quickly. The amenities are what have helped make the stay so excellent. The pool is great and always clean. The indoor gym is one of the larger ones in NoMa and has all the equipment you would need for most workouts. If you need special equipment, its an easy walk to the Gold's Gym which is in the building on the lower floor. The building itself is close to he metro and Union Station, which are key if you are going to restaurants across town, NYC for a weekend, or to the airport for a flight. Every resident has a keyless app that has made me feel secure with elevator/stairwell access and access to my apartment. If you're relocating to DC and want a place that feels both luxurious and welcoming, I would check it out!

What I love the most about the Revel Apartments in NOMA is it's great location. Its located in NE DC close to Union Station and 2 DC metro stops that include the Marc Train, Amtrak, and VRE options. The Revel Apartments is a 5 minute walk to the H Street Corridor and Union Market Neighborhood. There is also a host of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. Moreover, there are 4 grocery stores within walking distance to the apartment building. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown DC and a 15 minute car ride to Reagan Airport and the Pentagon. Staff in the leasing office are extremely nice and very understanding. Maintenance staff are prompt and very responsive. The building is well lit and the janitorial staff do a great job of keeping the property clean. Apartments are new with a modern feel, but not very spacious. Unfortunately, the rent is a bit on the pricey side for the area. Moreover, the downside of living at the Revel Apartments is that it's connected to a hotel and has a part of the building reserved for corporate housing. This creates a lot of noise and a lot of traffic in and around the apartment facility. This also makes the place not feel like a home. A sense of community is lacking here. All in all I do not regret living here and I love the surrounding neighborhood. I will probably renew my lease again.
