Very convient

My experience living in W C Smith property has been somewhat good. It was a lottle rocky at first with the neighbors but we came to a resolution which im proud of. The building is a lottle old but for our 1st apartment it's a great choice. They allow cat's too so it's also a plus.

Its been nice and quiet, we all love Miss Lizz to death! Don’t really care for the MAINTENANCE team and They should work on upgrading apartments … especially if they’re going to increase the rent every year!
