Maren

Maren is a fantastic apartment building. It is a great location for a bunch of fun restaurants and bars and obviously has a beautiful view of the river. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the apartments are beautiful!

We have lived here for 18 months. The staff at the desk, maintenance, and cleaning crews have been phenomenal. In the off-season (winter and fall) it is peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately, the music next door at The Cove will cause us to leave when this lease is complete. They play loud base late into the night, especially on Sundays. Even from the 8th floor, it is too loud and a distraction to our work week. There are also unfortunately some sloppy tenants that trash the common areas and make us feel uncomfortable. The building often smells of marijuana. We pay too much for a luxury apartment that the negatives now outweigh the positives.

My partner and I have lived here for a year and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. We love the location, ammenities,and the staff and the units themselves are very nice and well maintained. Would recommend!

The apartments are nice. However, the location is phenomenal. It’s in walking distance to everything that you need. Restaurants, transportation and the Riverwalk..

Maren is one of thr best properties i ever been to . Its a cool calm building and they always have fun things for us to do its so much space to relax and work

Lived here for about three months now and I really enjoy it. Some noise from the businesses below but ultimately it's a great building.
