Our first eight months in the South building have gone really well. From everything i can see, the building maintenance is superb. We never hear our neighbors; the only noise has come from construction at the National Zoo in the daytime which should end this summer.

In the two and a half years I have lived at the K-W, I have found the staff to be friendly and very responsive, the facilities are many and well tended, and my neighbors are active, accomplished, bright, and friendly. Therefore I plan to live here for the foreseeable future.

We love living at the Kennedy-Warren. Our small apartment is perfect for us. This is a real community, especially with the K-W Club, which we enjoy almost every evening. The amenities are fine, the location in our beloved Washington outstanding. We would live nowhere else.

I have lived here for eight years. I love the historic building. Upkeep has deteriorated a little since I got here. The cleaning people work very hard and the engineers do what they can by replacing broken parts with other old parts, but the appluances are aging. The residents are a great group of people. The neighborhood has a lot of services and conveniences to offer but is much less safe than when I moved in.
