Referral program bogus

The resident referral program is bogus and possibly and example of bad faith advertising practices by Greystar and JP Morgan. Waited 4+ months for an advertised benefit and have been slow-walked by staff at every turn. Heard worse stories and it seems they do this quite often in an effort to avoid paying the bonus. Advertising a lease concession with no intention to pay it is advertising in bad faith and a severely shady (if not outright illegal) business practice.

Great location, but a little over priced.

I have lived at Illume for 2 years now and it is a great location, and the amenities are pretty good. Wish we could have a second parking spot and rent was more competitive.

It's okay here

We've lived here for 4 months. A lot of weird things have happened in that short time. The staff in the leasing office are not helpful or very kind. The concierge and maintenance are wonderful. We enjoy our apartment and the amenities it comes with and all the natural light. There are some interesting people who live here. I don't know if I'd recommend living here because we did have a better experience at The Collective but we do like aspects of living at Illume.
