I have been here for almost a month. All is well, nice friendly but quiet place to living. The worst part about living here is trying to exit the garage with traffic in Blair Rd. NW.

Good location, bad rent

Location and maintenance team are amazing, building management is currently being sued by the District for participating in a cartel to raise rents and you can feel it in the sticker price

Not worth the price, building is not aging well. Too noisy, not smoke free, trash build-up causes entire first floor to smell like a landfill.
