Somewhat satisfied but needs a lot of improvements

We are still waiting for the first maintenance request that was made about 10 days ago to be addressed, which is our sinks look heavily stained. The toilet flush in the master bathroom malfunctions almost every time and there appears to be some brown stain at the bottom of the toilet. The kitchen sink's water pressure is quite weak. Hope these issues can be addressed promptly. Thanks!
