It is next to impossible to get in touch with any one at the rental office. they never answer the phones and you cant just stop thru to speak to anyone

I have live in this community for quite some time, the plus is the location is accessible to metro, many eateries, local schools for school age children, you can always find some event, the down size is parking is inevitable, no modern amenities, depending on your floor it may be noisy, the winter months are pretty quite but the summer months is high traffic of young people playing loud music, and so on, there are some good neighbors who are concern and will look out for your belongings such as mail packages or just in general, There is a tenant association, they have random activities, such as beach trips, bingo and Christmas parties for the residents.

I have been here since 2001, and have lived in both buildings. Things are never done in a timely matter with maintenance. Quick fixes continuously lead to reoccurring issues and returning issues. Also, in regards to the office there has been no phone line accessible to the residents in almost a year.
