It's cool other than me living over top of a noisy gym and noisy lounge room. I live next to it. Otherwise all the staff are super nice and professional

In October i will complete my first year at Crossing. I want to recognize 4 individuals that helped me decide to renew my lease here for another year: Logan, Leroy, evening building security team and of course the maintenance team. All 4 have consistently been amazing, professional and responsive to anything i ask for. Is the building perfect? No, but these individuals make up for the shortcomings with their positive attitudes and always making me feel welcomed. I haven't joined the tenant association yet but may join to hear some of the other tenant concerns; my neighbors are great, quiet and friendly. I am looking forward to another good year at the Crossing!

I've lived here for over 3 years, and the parking garage fee for monthly parkers has raised THREE times in 3 years. It was $250 in 2022, in 2023 it rasied to $300, and now in 2024 and 2025 it is $350 per month to park in the garage monthly. The building should own the garage parking like most buildings instead of leaving their tenants at the mercy of a third party ownership.
