High potential but poorly managed building
I've lived in this building for about a year and it's been, at best, a mixed experience. The building has a great location in Shaw and as the building is relatively new there is a lot of potential here, however, the building seems to be very poorly managed. Common areas are typically unclear or in disrepair, water service is shut off somewhat regularly, the elevators break down on a weekly basis, etc. Building staff are kind but not always terribly knowledgeable about the building (i.e. how to hold the elevator for a move).

Location is great. Management turnover several times. Some issues with maintenance. The building has great potential. Needs some TLC.
